The SuperLotto Plus^® 2nd Chance Bonus Draw

Purpose
The California Lottery is conducting a SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw for registered 2nd Chance players as an incentive for players to purchase and play SuperLotto Plus Multiplier Scratchers® (Game: #1733) and the SuperLotto Plus Draw Game.

Promotion Period

The SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw will begin on June 22, 2026 and end July 19, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

The California Lottery reserves the right to terminate or extend this promotion at any time.

Prizes
The promotion will have a total of five (5) winners and prizing totaling $100,000 in cash prizes.

Odds
The odds of winning a prize vary based on the total number of entries that are received and the total number of entries each player submits.

Eligibility and Participation
Players must be at least 18 years of age. Players must meet eligibility requirements at the time of the promotional drawing. To enter the SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw, players must register on the California Lottery website. When registering, players must provide a valid California address. Submissions must be entered from a location within California to be eligible for the SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw. Players must provide true and current information.
Player must provide their true, full legal name when registering for the 2nd Chance program. Failure to provide full legal name at registration will make the player ineligible to receive prizes from the California Lottery. In the SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw, only the person identified by name as the Winner on the California Lottery website at the time the Winner’s name is posted, which is supplied by the player during registration, may claim the prize from the California Lottery.
Any change in name, whether due to marriage or otherwise, must be reflected on the California Lottery’s registration page prior to the draw to be eligible for any prize. Persons who register with fictitious names will be ineligible to win any prize. The SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw is not open to certain California Lottery vendors or employees of the California Lottery, their agents, and certain family members residing in the same household in accordance with California Lottery Regulations.

How to Enter
To enter the SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw, players must log into their verified California Lottery 2nd Chance account or create a verified account at California Lottery to submit a 2nd Chance code. SuperLotto Plus Draw Game tickets or eligible, non-winning SuperLotto Plus Multiplier Scratchers (#1733) can be entered into the promotion by manual submission at 2nd Chance or by scanning each eligible barcode using the California Lottery Official Mobile App. Players will receive the standard number of entries based on price point (i.e., $5 ticket receives 5 entries) for every eligible SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance code submitted.

All 2nd Chance code submissions will be limited to no more than a combined 500 code submissions per calendar month per participant. Entering a code is considered a submission; however, submissions that offer multiple entries count as only one submission regardless of the number of associated entries.

Draws

One (1) draw will be conducted at the end of the promotion period to determine the 5 winners. 

Eligible SuperLotto Plus Draw Game 2nd Chance codes or eligible, non-winning SuperLotto Plus Multiplier Scratchers (#1733) 2nd Chance codes must be submitted during the specific draw period to be eligible for entry into the SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw. The draw will occur within fifteen (15) days after the specified draw period has ended with alternates drawn in the event a winner is disqualified. Draws will take place in accordance with California Lottery Regulations and procedures. All eligible SuperLotto Plus Draw Game codes and eligible, non-winning SuperLotto Plus Multiplier Scratchers codes submitted into the draw are also automatically entered into the regular 2nd Chance Weekly Pool Draws that apply.

Winner Notification and Claims

The winners of the SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw will be posted on the California Lottery website within twenty (20) days after the entry deadline. The California Lottery will randomly select alternate winners from the eligible SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance Bonus Draw. Using the contact information provided to the California Lottery by the winners, the California Lottery will notify the winners by e-mail to log in to their account for “important information.” Upon logging in to their California Lottery accounts, winners will be notified of the winning prize. Winners must submit a 2nd Chance Claim Form in accordance with California Lottery Regulations and procedures. In the event a winner does not claim their prize within 180 days from the ‘Winners Posted By’ date, the winner will waive all rights to the prize.

Additional Terms

Players are responsible for complying with the Official Rules in addition to state and federal law and California Lottery Regulations. Proof of age, eligibility, and identity must be furnished upon request. Players agree to the California Lottery’s use of their name, likeness, photo, story, and hometown for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner subject to applicable Federal withholding requirements. By participating in the program, and/or accepting any prize or promotional award, players agree to and do release and hold harmless the California Lottery and its commissioners, employees, agents, and officers from any claim, demand, judgment, award, and/or any liability of any kind whatsoever. The California Lottery reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. In the event of a conflict, these Official Rules supersede any applicable general rules or advertisements of the California Lottery.
